Outdoor Learning Retreat
Our Outdoor Learning Retreat is back and better than ever!! Join us April 23rd-26th for a weekend full of fun, nature, and learning! Elsa Litecky, an ex-field biologist turned outdoor educator, and LuAnn Raadt, an experienced herbalist and gardener, will be leading our classes.
Bring yourselves and/or your kids along to expand your knowledge of the great outdoors! Learn how the Dakota and Ojibwe view the stars with Ethnoastronomy. Take a walk and identify safe-to-eat plants and fungi with Foraging. Learn tasty new recipes (and try them out) with Campfire Cooking. And those are just a few of our classes!
